Below we have listed the times when coordinators will be at the beach. We understand there are families travelling long distances and having other commitments. If you are going to arrive later, just chat to the coordinator and other parents to ensure NO ONE gets left behind. Most groups will have a 30-minute window from the start time, to allow parents and kids to settle in and arrange their tags (swaps) for the morning.
